Kuala Lumpur, 28 April 2025 - MIX celebrated its female listeners with the MIX Ladies First Wellness Retreat, a two-day, one-night event at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur. Designed to help women reconnect with their mind, body, and balance, the retreat brought together 20 lucky listeners, for a weekend of rest, reflection, and rejuvenation, offering a unique opportunity for wellness, empowerment, and community connection.

Guided by MIX Announcers Aishah, RD, and Hani Fadzil, the event offered an immersive wellness experience led by expert guides. Throughout the retreat, attendees engaged in a thoughtfully curated program featuring Empower Flow, Inside Flow, Sound Bath, and Sunrise Pilates Flow sessions. Participants also enjoyed relaxation-focused activities, including Aroma Stress Management, Aromatherapy Gua Sha workshops, and guided meditation by RD, all designed to help them unwind, recharge, and promote inner balance in a serene, supportive environment.
