Each speaker provided a unique perspective on the evolving radio and media industry, offering valuable insights to the young scholars.

He encouraged students to take the initiative to start small, emphasizing that meaningful, shareable media can be created with the resources they have right now.

"The key is to begin. Whether you are passionate about content creation, music, or entrepreneurship, starting now with what you have is the most important step," said Wei Boon, inspiring students to take action.

Daniel Wong, Night Shift Announcer of MY FM
Daniel Wong shared best practices for social media content creation, underscoring the significance of consistency and passion. He advised the scholars to post regularly and stay authentic in their content creation, which will resonate more with audiences.

"Consistency is the backbone of any successful social media presence, but the passion you bring to your content will keep people coming back," Wong shared, stressing the power of passion-driven content.

Anne Jacyntha, Breakfast Announcer of HITZ
Anne emphasized the role of education and goal-setting in both personal and professional growth. She motivated students to take the first step towards their dreams, even if faced with uncertainty or fear.

"Knowledge builds the foundation for success, and the courage to take that first step is what sets the journey in motion," Anne encouraged, urging the students to pursue their ambitions with confidence.

Rosalind Teng, Brand Manager of MIX
